WE DESIGN
Our staff of experienced electronic designers use the Altium Designer software, which provides the assist in every field of electronics designing.
We design analogue, digital, microprocessor, measuring and power supplying devices equipped with any communication interfaces, like RS, SUB, Can, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and others, depending on the project’s needs.
WE MODEL
The final effect of our design work can be viewed as a 3D model, which, after being passed on to the mechanics department, allows us to verify the dimensions, the assembly correctness, and to perform the final check of the design premises.
WE MANUFACTURE
After finishing working on the design and investigating produced models, we can proceed to manufacturing.
We offer electronic packages assembly, and final assembly, including:
- PCB and electronic components delivery
- SMT assembly
- THT assembly
- AOI tests
- selective wave soldering
WE PROGRAM
Our programmers will create the software needed for microprocessor devices, with both desktop and mobile systems support, with the possibility of WEB and CLOUD solutions integration.
WE TEST THE MANUFACTURING PROCESS
The experience gathered by us in many years spent on designing and manufacturing electronic devices, resulted in the creation of the advanced product testing technology, using diverse and programmable computer testers. And because both the software and the hardware can be freely modified, the testers we use for our products have a wide, uncommon range of testing capabilities. They are perfect not only for electronics testing, but also for mechanical parts and devices testing.
